not that it's r&b but if you look to the boy bands and britney spears types, that is the bulk of the later 90's love songs you'll find. others that come to mind for me would be mariah carey or r kelly....that is about all i can think of...
for 2000...we're still there so turn on your radio. i like ne-yo, rihanna, beyonce/destiny's child etc....
