At the time, I enjoyed it. It made a big splash as a best seller but then faced a barrage of bad press by critics everywhere. I thought they were harsh. And it was a quick read.

It was pretty saccharin, too cutesy, and somewhat overdone.
You can make your point, and inspire people, without using a sweet sledgehammer.
You should try reading Ludwig Von Wolfgang Vulture. Really, it has a message, and it is funny.

Me, I wanted to throw the book across the room and then go shoot a seagull.

It was relatively not so cool. Was supposed to be the greatest thing ever at the time. I did not agree.
