what i think that u r describing,agrouping of pictures in 1 frame,is called in the art-world,a collage.if u go to a reputable photography site,ie.webshots.com --they r terrific and should be able to give u an answering necessary software ,if needed.

what do you mean, well you can "bind" them however that will only display one image,
if you mean put them side by side in one image, u can use paint, photoshop or any image editing software.
if u wanted to make an animated movie u can use "windows movie maker" or if u wanted to make them into an animated image u can make a ".GIF".

try getting some digital imaging software and combining all the photos in there - software you might consider using corel
