I can't judge his soul, but I would say probably heaven.. At least on judgement day he can't be accused of drowning a mistress in the river, like Kennedy did, nor will he have the blood of 3,000 americans on his handsthat died in 911, thanks too good old Slick Willie Clinton. And as all of us he has told white lies in his lifetime, however when asked about alcohol he told the truth, unlike slick wille... who said I smoked pot, but I didn't inhale.... or " I did not have sexual relations with that woman.... hummm....
