There really isn't much you can do, unfortunately. Try laying down some more with a pillow under your belly supporting it as well as a pillow (or 2) between your legs, it may relieve you some but it will continue to be painful and almost feel like your hips are being grabbed at either end and almost torn apart, it will not go away till after the baby is born. If it gets to be unbearable, take some Tylenol and tell your doctor.

Lady, that baby has it's head jammed between your hips and is ready to make it's debut. Don't you own the book "what to expect when you're expecting?" A lot of women experience this discomfort for the last month of the pregnancy and can't walk, stand still, lay down, sit down or do anything comfortably. Get used to it. Just a couple more weeks to go, though.

sounds normal to me, the baby is just getting ready to be born. probaly the baby is in the head down delivery position which is putting pressure on your bladder and muscles. it will not get any better unfortunately, until you have the baby.
