Try a book token if she likes reading. Maybe a trip out to somewhere of interest to her. Or a vase or ornament for her home.

My brother in law always buys me vouchers for beauty salons so I can get whatever I like done. It's thoughtful but not too personal.

depends how much u want to spend, but whats a great gift is to pamper her at a salon, get her a voucher for a treatment/s depending on your budget.
