I think the non leap years they celebrate on either the 28th, or the 1st. On the first , they are one, and so it goes. It will be leapyear again when they turn 4.

What year where they born?

Age in years? days? hours? mins? secs?

What I'm getting at is if their age in seconds, minutes, hours, and days all match up...why wouldn't years?

And...what would be considered a number?? is that a question?

Jeff
