If you are going to be sexually active, safer sex is a MUST. Besides pregnancy, you also have to worry about STDs. Only condoms (or abstinence) can reduce your chances of STDs. For pregnancy, the Pill is one of the best ways to reduce pregnancy, but condoms are easier to use since you only use them when needed but the pill you take daily.

There are the usual methods:
Male condome
Female condome
Spermicide
Birth Controll

There's also the option of having having Tubal Ligation (tubes tied) or Vasectomy if you're looking for permenant metods.
