There is only one story left, and Rowling does not have enough time to build up another relationship. Harry got with Ginny, and it may just be possible that Ron and Hermione will actually admit it, maybe. It's just they've been putting that one off for, what, four books? As for Cho and Harry, ain't no way on God's green earth. As Rowling intended.
You know, I don't really approve of Rowling's way of getting rid of the girls. Both Cho Chang and Lavender Brown were totally normal, until they got romantically involved with a main character. And the second that happened, they turned weird and annoying, like Cho dragging Harry into a shop filled with overdone Valentine's Day decorations, or Lavender giving Ron a huge, God-awful necklace. It's like the author can't think of a better way to end the relationship, other than have her main characters start to hate the girls...

I love your creativity; the Hermione/Blaise thing is really interesting because Blaise isn't a very explained character. Sorry, I tend to stick with most canon ships. The exception is Harry/Ginny - I just can't picture Harry and romance together at all. Ron/Hermione is my absolute favorite. I have nothing against slash, but somehow can't really get into it most of the time. However, I really have a thing for humorous Draco/Harry fics! My favorite non-canon ship is definitely Neville/Luna.

Ron and Hermione-definately one of the main features of book 7
Luna and Neville-i hope jkr was misleading the readers when she shot that down.
i also liked Tonks and Lupin-kind of gave a boost to the opposites attract theory
