Hannegan's Restaurant & Pub is located on Laclede's Landing, at 719 N. Second Street. The phone number is 314-241-8877.

For shopping, Union Station isn't too far from there. It's a mall, but not a typical mall.

Hannigans is on Lacledes landing like the other person who answered said. Avoid shopping in downtown St. Louis because there are no good shopping areas and too many homeless people harassing people for money. Drive the 10-30 miles and shop at the galaria or in Chesterfield a suburb of St. Louis.
Don't ride the metro link (the train that goes through town) because too many scary people ride and it goes through bad areas of town.

I second Union Station. Its a historic train station turned into a mall. It has some nice shops. The courtyard in nice as well. The thing about metrolink, ignore. I ride it everytime I go to a game downtown or when I am flying out of town. The metro link is safe to ride. If you like antiques, there is a large antique store on the Fairview Heights call St. Clair Antique Mall. Other then that, most of the shopping includes malls or mart stores.

make sure you visit the st.louis zoo, it is the number one zoo, and it is free, it can be an all day thing, there is that much there to see, while you are there you can also check out the art museum and some other areas in the Forest Park area. If you do hit the Landing, be sure to walk around, the landscaping is beautiful, not to mention you will not be far from the Arch, which is nice as well. The Metro is fine, there are not scary people on it.

As far as shopping, a couple other interesting places to go are the University City (U. City) Loop and the town of Clayton. The Loop has a bunch of funky, eclectic stores, and Clayton has lots of upscale boutiques. Try:
