I know that the UN has always had a policy of fair food distribution between all nations. For example, here in the West we eat far more then then the majority o the world, so they used to believe in a sharign of resources

Their position on world population is that it is Israel's fault.
It can also be the fault of the United States. They also believe that the US should give them more money.
Their position on world population is consistent with every position they have.

... i think the general unspoken goal is to reduce world population by about 80%.
