I have to conduct a survey about the use of computers, and I need help thinking of some questions to ask, that can have a response of a range from agree to disagree. (I hope that makes since) Here is an example question, that I thought of. Does your job require the use of a computer? I am just not very educated as far as software, or computers period. THANKS

Do you use e-mail?
Do you know how to send an attached file to e-mail?
Do you buy on-line?
Do you check your anti-virus software?
Do you use programs to stop pop up ads?
Do you use a firewall?
Do you back up your important data?
Do you update your computer often?
Does your company maintain your computer?
Does your company provide you with Internet access?
Does your company have Internet rules, so you don't goof-off while at work?
Does your company block certain websites?
Can you get fired for going to certain websites?
Did your company ever explain their computer usage policy?

conduct survey on basic standard softwares/hardwares such as:
1. which browser you use to surf the net
2. which operating system you use for computing
3. how many hours do you spend on your pc
4. how often do you upgrade hardware/ update software
