is there a website for Hotmail AND Yahoo to find members by their name?

trying to find some people and am wondering if there is a way I can check if they have a hotmail or yahoo account to get in touch with them.

i've tried this before without any luck. try google or my favorite, www.zabasearch.com. of course, these really only work if they have a fairly unique name.
