Janet "John" Reno. She'd have the DNC begin an investigation into Hulk Hogans personal life and find some reason to detain him, causing him to forfiet the match.

Even though Janet has the scarier face, I'm going to have to go with hulk hogan, he's in better shape, and Janet is just old.

It all depends on if it was verbal or physical. Personally, I'd take one look at Janet Reno and throw in the towel!!
