Hair follicle tests are more accurate than a pee test. I belive even around 30 days you can still find drugs in a system using hair follicele test. So far I believe it can't be beaten.

Actually, you'd need to pluck all your hair from all parts of your body to remove the last 1 or 2 weeks of growth, which is has not growth beyond your skin.

While head hair is the most widely used, there's no reason why hair from other parts of your body would be that different, aside from growth rates. In fact, since the growth rates are slower on other parts of your body, those hairs may hold a longer record of your drug usage.
