i have given A=60 deg. N of E, and B=60 deg. S of E what will i do if it asks A+B, A-B, and B-A in triangle method?

When you say the triangle method, I'm guessing that you are supposed to lay out the vectors geometrically, putting the tail of one on the head of the other, and seeing where it takes you.
On that basis:

A+B: Put the tail of B on the head (the arrowhead part) of A, and see where the head of B ends up. If A and B are of equal magnitude, the head of B will end up due east of the starting point.

A - B: Same as above, but with B pointing in the opposite direction than before. If A and B are of equal magnitude, the head of B will end up due north of the starting point.

B - A: Same as before, but now start with B and put A's tail on B's head, but with A pointing in the opposite direction (i.e., 60 deg S of W. If A and B are of equal magnitude, the head of A will end up due south of the starting point.
