More Bush BS
arrested 3000 of whom 2950 were known innocent, Or they were when they were arrested. For every 1innocent arrested or killed we create 11 more possible terrorists.
So if we arrested 3000 and aided in the killing of 650,000 how many possible terrorists are there now?
If someone killed your father and sister for no reason, and arrested your brother, would you become a radical bent on getting even?

We are still in Iraq, and will be there for many years to come, because we went somewhere we didn't belong and made a mess of the place. This action has created a whole new terrorist breed (by our government's own reports) and if we were to leave now, the problem would mushroom beyond our wildest nightmares. We've created a problem, and now we must clean it up. We should have stuck to routing out terrorists camp by camp, not by going into Iraq, which had nothing at all to do with 911. And yes, many terrorists ahve been arrested, but very few have been convicted.

In my idea, pres bush has done many things in the virtue of stopping terrorism. DEspite the fact that many muslims have turned out being terrorits, this does not mean that every muslim is a terrorist. this a very bad view that pre bush has inserted in the society (through media and many other things).
He attacked Iraq for no reason. he 'said' that they had weapons of mass destruction, though no proof ever existed and after the war, no signs of such things were found. he said that saddam hussein was related to al-qaideh, but he was not really. Canadians, on the other hand, are smart. they did not help bush in attacking Iraq becuase their goals are creating peace and not war (which is what pres bush created). bush used all of these fake facts to deceive the society and convey the people that what he is doing is wrong. the real reason that he attacked iraq was for oil.
If you want to be close minded and listen to the media only, yes pres bush has been fighting against terrorism. if you want to be honest, he has not really. his fight against against al-qaide is totally valid and he has attacked afghanistan for valid reasons (along with many unvalid reasons).
I hope this helps you enderstand the situation better. try to use your own level of intellectualism and analyze everything by yourself. do not just follow what other say and become sheep.
Good luck and I hope that this helped.

Hrm....lets see Iraq on the verge of civil war. Taliban on the rise in their old country, Iran and North Korea. The hatred towards the US is at an all time high. We must be winning or else those things all wouldnt be happening. The icing on the cake? ben-Laden is still at large 5 years after September 11. (Can you hear the cynacism and sarcasism in my voice?)
Wanna not only feel safe but be fairly safe? Move to Israel at least security isn't a joke to them. See what they do to go shopping at a mall? Now thats true security

I think he is doing his best, and I think he is the right man for the job, however there have been big mistakes in Iraq, and i hope they can be resolved, but having to fight the terrorist and the Democrats is making things tougher, the terrorist are taking lessons from Somalia and Viet Nam. And the Dem's are playing right into there hands.

bushs' definition of a terrorist is anyone that can threaten or have a voice against him or the repressive laws and agenda of the corrupt system of govt in this country ... and yes he has been very effective in labeling anyone that disagrees with him a terrorist right here at home ... as far as the imperialistic foreign policy and killing hundreds of thousands of middle - easterners goes ... that has absolutely nothing to do with terrorism or making me safer ...bush is the terrorist and our govt is whom im afraid of ...

well I am glad to know that you have a false sense of security, me personally I don't feel that anything is dealt with especially considering that Osama Bin Laden is still out there and running around, I feel that George Bush has effectively put the rest of the world in terror though, and the reason we are in Iraq right now is for the same reason we went there in the first place, for the oil

Hmmm, let's see...
There are still terrorists out there who hate the US and our allies...
There will probably always be terrorists out there who hate the US and our allies, especially if we continue down the GWB, moral authority, stamp out everyone that's not an evangelical path...
There are probably more terrorists out there who hate the US and our allies now BECAUSE of what we've done in Iraq....
I don't know....you be the judge...
