Why isnt my ipod charging?

Well, there might be three causes:
1) Your ipod battery might be damaged.
2) The cable to recharge the battery might de broken.
3) Your whole ipod might be damaged.

Do this:
1) Take it to a place where it can be repaired.
2) Buy a new one.
