Hi Trini
Hey hit the high street with your credit girl and worry about it later. I do it all the time. Happy shopping

Absolutely not by eating or drinking anything. Mostly by taking a walk and looking around me in a park or on the street or by the sea.
I have to say that seeing funny dogs and seeing cute children (at the risk of sounding all gooey) often cheers me up. The innocence and happiness and curiosity in a child's face, before it becomes a blasé cynical adult, is a blast of tonic. I try to put myself back in time to when the world seemed a source of marvels, and not the crock of sh*t it seems when in a bad mood.

Do some exercise. Getting those endorphins pumping round your body is a natural high. Read a good book or watch a film with a happy ending. Get your friends round for a laugh. That always cheers me up. Keep smiling :) x

firstly check your health status, stop for a while. Do you need some water or a deep breath, lack of O2 and H2O can cause depression. If its not these then you may need a rest or sleep. If not these then get some moderate exercise. Then laugh with friends or if you don't have any go and get some.

i have about four of five CD's i made for myself called "happy music". make yourself one for now. go on a drive blastin' good oldies and scream like a maniac. maybe take a friend with you. or go see something you've never seen before. new experiences are the best.
if that doesn't work....... go to the nail salon/spa place/get a really cute hair cut and/or dye, etc. never fails.

Look in a mirror and smile. Being a senior citizen I'm still looking for those "Golden" Days I use to hear about. These days I'm beginning to believe that those "Golden" Days only come after death.
