Or will the british justice system claim a dad cant look after his child again? After revalations about her dodgy past, that she kept hidden, Does anyone actually believe her obvious tales shes now claiming? And why did they appear, only, after talk of custody began from paul.

to polly,, unfortunatly, the whole custody thing, never sees equal rights for both parents, stats claim 95% of mums get full custody. and dads rarely get more than a few hours. Your right tho,, we need equality in all things to do with justice, thanks

I think they should put their differences aside and both bring up their child if not together then separately, all this is not going to do the child any good in the long run, they should start thinking what is best for their child and stop fighting one and other make peace not war. equal rights for both.

Well - Paul takes drugs, drinks (apparently) and his sexual past is as dodgy as anything Heather has ever done. They were part of the swinging 60's, don't forget. The difference is that he didn't have to pay for it, but if you read some of biographies, it's enough to make you realise that what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
If it's all supposed to be in the past and they've moved on, well, then Heather should be allowed to bury her secrets too.
Actually, they're both pathetic. I can only feel sorry for that poor child.

He has a pretty good case i reckon i don't personally believe her claims some of her claims sound a bit far fetched for me she's a born liar in my opinion and is out for all she can get tho Paul was warned about her apparently before he married her and we've always been aware his daughters disliked her

He seems like a good enough dad to me. The only thing that may work against him is the fact that he likes the odd spliff.

If anyone is capable of looking after his child - then its Paul.

Heather reminds me of that bimbo in the movie Casino played by
Sharon Stone.

the thing is he knew exactly what he was marrying and was aware of her past. it just took a while for him to start knocking her about a bit allegedly, maybe he did. it would be rather funny to find out that one of the biggest peace songwriters ever was a drunken wife beater.
