befor you give yourself the thumbs up you should get a blood test from your doctor. this will confirm your pregnancy. for sure. I don't give much hope for the home pregnancy test. I had a light possitive line too. and need to go to the doc. monday to find out what happend. i now have a neg result. there to screwy. call tomorrow for a blood test. Good luck.

this is joe m's wife. well it's spelled PREGNANT . sorry.. but if you read the directions on your home pregnancy test it should something about the results. Most preg tests will say no matter how faint the color of the positive result line is it's still a positive. I had a faint postitive result line with my the last time i took a pregnancy test and i have a 4 month old now.

Even if it is faint you are probably pregnant. Congradulations!! Call your doc and make an appt to adjust your dosage. They only way you would have a false positive reading would be if you were on certain types of fertility treatments. So, if the line is definately there, you are preg!!

Go see your doctor and have him do a blood test. Even a faint line generally means you're pregnant.

If you feel that you are pregnant then go ahead and visit your OB Gyn to confirm it. If it is confirmed then proceed to your endocrinologist so she can adjust your thyroid hormones. The endocrinologist will most probably give you higher dosage. I am also hypothyroid and my doctor advised me to visit her once I get pregnant so she could adjust my dosage.

Good day!
