To write virus code you need to know something about computer programming. C++ is the language to learn, however its hard work and you need to be dedicated.
Before you write you virus you also need a little computer network setup to test it on. It has to be completely separate from any other network.
Once you have written your virus you need to write some code to disable it. The viruses tend to escape before their creators have finalised the code.
Next you have to decide how you are going to release it. If its something to attack your ISP then it will be in circulation for about 1 minute. ISPs have very sophisticated software monitoring whats happening to their servers, anything suspicious is stopped.
The ISP will trace the source of the virus, and if an association can be made between you and the virus the police will be called. All your computer equipment will be confiscated and you can look forward to a long jail term.

2) a complete turnip head who if lucky may have people laughing and pointing at him or if unlucky will get to satisfy the fantasies of the head con in the local nick?

1. First, you press the black button to shut off your computer completely even while you are on the internet.
2. Then, when it checks for problems, click "Cancel"
3. Open your hardrive, and delete everything inside.
4. Keep deleting all the folders on your desktop--including the internet.
There you have it! You just made your very own virus!!

You will have your IP address flagged in many security systems now you complete muppet. Any attempt you make to release a virus will have you sooo busted.

Why do you have such evil intent? Viruses are meant to harm people, destroy their hard work, cause problems and havoc in their data and lives. Be careful, there are forces in the univerese that takes care of people like you.....just look around at all the bad things that happen to people (like you).
