In view of statistical crime rates,drugs,lack of education ect,should we bulldoze council estates and have the Vicky Pollards and like fend for themselves instead of hand outs.

Yes! But it is important to realise that this is everyone's fault. This is the fault of the education system for creating an environment without discipline or positive competition. It is the fault of the 14 year olds who breed indiscriminately for extra benefits and housing privileges. It is the fault of an impotent police force. (Wait a minute, I thought real police carry guns!?) It is the fault of a government who cares more about political correctness and speeding fine revenue while this once great nation becomes a second-world country.
Bill Clinton had the right idea. You are only entitled to only 5 years of benefits over the course of your entire life. After that, if you're unwilling to go out there and earn your daily bread, you starve.
Human Rights need to be replaced with a fair system of privileges. Otherwise, the present system will always be open to abuse.

Crime definately pays better than the dole, but whats council hoses got to do with anything.
Roud here Bona fide criminals live in caravans and answer to the name Johnson, or they commute from Brum and answer to Oi Pakky.

How about being made to have a license before you qualify for state benefits - you have to go to childrearing courses, be drug free and of course, no benefits at all to people who've been to prison???
