lI would start with the local library, and if unsuccessful then try the national archives or your local council should have them archived then. As it's 1981 I'm checking that you don't mean the census, if so most big libraries have copies or it is available on line. Hope that helps

You cant actually go to your local library anymore im afraid. You have to go to your local council offices.
