some believe christ was perhaps a time traveller. there have
been shows on fugitive outlaws travelling through time pursued
by fugitive divisions of the future. according to some theorists
when the time barrier is broken, about ten trillion cubic parsecs
of space explode into the 'substance' that was here before space
was here. what do you make of that? is total mass created then?

Time travel forward in time is no problem.

Time travel backwards in time may be impossible. If it is possible, then whether it is made illegal or not depends on what kind of backwards time travel is possible: does it violate causality or not? It would seem that the laws of causality (like the law of gravtiy) can look after itself and doesn't need help from humans.

For example, backwards time travel might involve creation of a separate Universe with a different future history. In other words, a time traveller can never change his own past, he can only change the past of some other Universe that (up till then) was identical to his own Universe's past history. His Universe would continue as it was, its past history undisturbed, and the new Universe would have a new future. Why make that illegal?

'ALREADY IS ILLEGAL BY DINT OF PHYSICAL AND SUPERNAL LAWS. 'BECAUSE DEATH WOULD INDEED RESULT TO DARE ATTEMPT IT. IN ANY PHYSICAL DIMENSION, PHYSICAL PROJECTION, IF IT WERE AT ALL POSSIBLE, WHICH IS TO SAY IT IS NOT FOR ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSES, WOULD AT ONCE DESTROY THE PERSON IF NOT AT ONCE THEN SURELY EVENTUALLY IN A SHORT PERIOD OF 'TIME,' RESULTING IN OUTRIGHT INSANITY. ONLY BY MEANS OF TRAVEL USING THE SUBTLE BODIES IS TRAVEL TRULY POSSIBLE AND MORE THAN PROBABLE.
