As we know velocity is a vector. If by speed we mean velocity then when speed is uniform there's no change in either the direction or the magnitude, i.e. zero acceleration.
But if by the term speed we refer to the magnitude of velocity then there may be a non zero acceleration that is responsible for the change in direction of the vector with constant magnitude. In this case we need more data to give an answer to this question.

It depends on whether this is the spatial description or the material description.
Velocity is a vector while speed is a scalar.
An object can orbit the earth, undergoing continuous accelerration (change of direction) while remaining at constant speed.
If an object moves at uniform speed, but its orientation is utterly unknown, then its velocity is utterly unknown, and the time-derivative of that the velocity, the acceleration, is also utterly unknown.

ZERO - hence the constant velocity
Acceleration is a CHANGE in Velocity or Direction or both
For example an apple whirling around on the end of a piece of string is travelling at a cosntant speed, but is accelerating BECAUSE its direction is cosntantly changing.
SPEED is a scalar measurement - ie it's not dependent on direction whereas VELOCITY is a vector measurement. It is a combiantion of SPEED AND DIRECTION

acceleration is really the rate of change of velocity(vector quantity),so u cannot say wether the body is accelerated or not.if the direction of motion of the body does not change along with uniform speed(scalar quantity) then u can say that acceleration is zero.
thats all i have to say about your question.

yes it can... if u tie a ball to a string and then rotate it horizontally, it will have an accerleration but uniform speed. centripetel acceleration NOW GIVE ME THE 10 POINTS I DESERVE
