i don't think you have to loose weight. just grow another 6"

Eat breakfast every day. Eat a big lunch and a light dinner. No meals after 7pm. Smaller servings. More fish and chicken, less beef. Most of all cut back on the breads and cereals and cut out the sodas. If you have to have sweets, I have a bag of the small candy bars or the hersheys kisses and I only take 3-4 in a day. Never eat out of a bag or container, you don't know how much you eat. Mostly, be aware of what and when you eat, this alone should help you drop a couple of pounds, with a little exercise even more. I lost 18 pounds in 4 months with out exercise.

fish, chicken and eat several times aday keeping all of your meals small. Never eat big servings. As you do this and exercise at least 3 times a week for about 45 minutes at a time you will begin to lose the weight.
