If you mean the genetic form that humans currently exist in, most probably the answer is "NO".

However humanity will be capable of modifying itself genetically so that it can have species of humanity that will be able to live on radically different planets in the future.

However, I would not wait for a form that could live on Venus. A bit too hot there. And Mars doesn't have much of an atmosphere.

Perhaps Jupiter and Saturn?

More likely planets of other suns will eventually be populated by derived species of humanity designed to live in radically environments.

Probably not, since no one in this generation does at present. For all of us to move off of this planet within the next 100 years seems very unlikely. Someday, centuries from now, all human life may be moved to a different planet. This would be because of pollution, disease, nuclear war & fallout, etc. In other words, if we don't start taking better care of this planet, we may not have it for much longer.

Out of necessity, yeh. The sun is getting hotter and hotter which will mean eventually the earth will be toast. We're going to have to relocate to another planet that has water. I think Io, which is a moon around a planet (not sure which one), but it's surface is ice and it has a core of water. We'll have to drill through the surface and then we'll all live underwater like mermaid and mermen. Imagine how we'll evolve? Hope you like sushi.

Depends on what you mean by "we":

if we==human race/kind then chances are quite high that we will have the equipment to do so in about 200-300 yrs or so and in around 1500 yrs, the population will soar high Enough to make it absolutely essential to do so " I'm counting the total area of the Earth (oceans+Land)"

else if we==the current living human being , the answer is much simpler... NO!!
