The oldest League is The Engliah league started in 1888
Next are the Scottish and Northern Irish leagues both started in 1890-1
Belgium, Czechoslovakia and Sweden all started leagues in 1895-6.
Italy's serie A started in 1897-98 the same year as the Dutch and Swiss leagues.
