Do you mean Napier in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand? If so, I have no idea about studying business there, but I used to live in Napier and it is a totally fantastic place to live! Great climate, by the sea and surfing beaches, really pretty countryside, not far from the snow-fields and volcanoes of N. Island, a great base for travelling all over NZ.

If you mean a different Napier - just ignore me!!!
