I do understand that your question is serious, and you want to know more about how to tell if someone is gay when you meet them, and how to approach them, but your wording sounds a little funny (and Spyder's answer made me laugh).

I had the same worries when I first decided to come out as gay, but I don't have any clear answers. You can't always tell when you meet someone, unless it is in a particular gay group, (or maybe in response to a personal ad, but be careful), so I would say look around your local area for support groups, or just try and meet people in a social way and get to know them well enough that you can discuss sexuality with them. (Sorry not to be more specific, but I never really got to grips with this problem myself, being shy and anti-social in general.) Good luck in your search for love (or sex, companionship, fun, whatever).

Hate to be mean, but you sound a bit desperate.

Do you have an LGBT - Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender - group in your area? If you, I'd say sign up to it. Then you'll know for sure that there are gay guys - and girls! - in your vicinity.

LGBTs, from what I can gather(My girlfriend's part of her uni LGBT committee), do all kinds of social events. So come along to those and if you see someone you like, make a move on them. Or if they like you, make a move on them if you like them and tell them tactfully they're not your type if you don't like them.
