well wise guy, i think u had better go for sony ericsson, because moto is not so cool in performance+its not resalable on a good price.on the other hand this sony ok urs is 2 good 2 mention. it's keypad is quite comfy and and a hi-tech 2mp camera quality just like a 3mp cam. in a moto and the sound quality of w550i is SUPERB!! i suggest go for sony.

The SE's are always better than Moto's in terms of interface and usability. However if your prime concern is music/mp3, then the Moto Razr comes with iTunes and syncs quite well with a PC. if u want a phone wit gr8 mp3 clarity u go in for w550i u want a phone wit more memory space and a good mp3 clarity go 4 v3i. cause 550i has only 256mb space and in v3i razr u can insert mem card upto 512mb
