I need glucosteroids to treat a condition called CAH and may not have time or money to go to a doctor.

oral steroids over the counter, unlikely in the usa, you could call any doctor's office and talk to a social worker, they should not refuse treatment even if you don't have money, Cong Adrenal Hyperp is not hard to treat, monitoring labs may cost a bit though, good luck
