It didn't feel different for me. Though when I got further along, we need to rely on different positions so it wouldn't be uncomfortable.

When you are actually far along in the pregnancy sex is harder, but if you want to find out if you can feel if you conceived by sex being different, then No. There is no difference.

Ive been pregnant twice and it has never felt any different. i know alot of people worry about the unborn child but as long as your not upside down or in an uncomfortable position you ll be fine. i hope this helps a little.

It did for me. My hips were shifting all over the place and that shifts everything else. Try a pillow under your but during sex. It relieved any extra pressure on my back.
