I do not have a main dealer in my area and I have to remove it my self has any one done this without damaging the dashboard?

the face plate should come off look for 2 slots or 4 holes neer the sides you push the pins or removel tool into thease slots and pull the radio out removel tool is a flat piece of steel you may be able to make one out of a popsicle stick

Yes, no problem. It just takes experience, and you'll get some practice doing this basic removal.

It is easier than you can imagine. Watch a demo of a car installation. You can try Crutchfields or Car Domain for starters.

If that befuddles you, there are other sites that do the same, but in your best interest, if you really cant figure it out, let a professional do it. Co to entry level places like Circut City or Best Buy for any basic instructions.

They will also have the parts to replace what ever you might break. Good luck.
