That would be the One Thousand dollar bill. (ONE = 3, THOUSAND = 8. 8 + 3 = 11.) But while legal tender, is is not available to the public. It is used mostly for bank transfers, and with the advent of the internet, not very often anymore at that. Now who is the person on it? HA! got you!
