You cannot have a cake and it it too.

You need to do what is required and what is the law of land in country where you practise.

This can be done in oil rich countries only, but you will not be able to study further. It will give you money that will make your life easy when you pursue the studies else where.

In USA it will take 7 to 8 years, to get going.

You may be able to take courses in Laparoscopy by taking seminars in USA if you are practising surgery else where. Then you can practise it in some other countries.

Laparoscopy courses are also on Internets. Check them out.

A masters in General Surgery??? Won't get you too far in the U.S.A. You need an M.D. and then a residency and then a fellowship in a subspecialty to be able to practice here. A Masters may qualify you to do research. Contact the major research/teaching universities and ask them what you could qualify for.

i do no longer understand for constructive in case you will get credit for economics and government once you learn overseas, yet once you won't be able to you could continually take a 2 week summer time college type if time helps earlier you pass away for Mexico. i'm in extreme college in Texas too, and the single i had to do exchange into for Spain, besides the indisputable fact that it does not look like that is way too high priced. i think of that is top around the portion of $5,000. It should not be too high priced for Mexico and Mexico's a exciting place.
