3a^2/2a = 3/2a

2a/3 x7a^2/5 = 14/3a^7/5

(5/y)^2 = 25/y^2

(6a^3+3a^2)/3a = 3a^2+a

(3a-2b)^2 = 9a^2-4b^2

1>
3a^2/2a
(3*(a^2)) /(2a)
(3* a*a) /2* a ----exponential first

3* a/2----- a/a=1
=3a/2 ---Answer

2>
2a/3 x7a^2/5
((2a)/3) * ( (7*a*a)/5)
(14a^3)/15 --- multiply numerators and denominators
(14a^3)/15 ---Answer

3>
(5/y)^2

25/y^2---- (5^2)/(y^2)
25/y^2 ---Answer

4>
(6a^3+3a^2)/3a

3a^2(2a+1) /3a------taking 3a^2 common

=a(2a+1)-----3a/3a=1 ---Answer
or 2a^2 +a

5>
(3a-2b)^2

(3a)^2 -2*(3a)(2b) +(2b)^2--using the formula (a-b)^2=a^2-2ab+b^2
=9a^2 -12ab +4b^2 ---Answer

hope this helps.

just keep practicing at the problems, you'll get it.
I'll help you with a couple of these.

3a^2/2a
you can divide top and bottom by a
(i.e. cancel)
to get 3a/2

2a/3 x 7a^2/5
multiply numerators (top) and denominators (bottom)
to get
14a^3/15

for the rest, remember your order of operations
