Dude.... did you see the movie 40 Year Old Virgin? :+)
I get my eye brows shaped and it hurts like hell.....but it is two little bitty sectons and is tolerable!!!!! however I would think that on the scrotum it would be really BAD news..... not being nasty or anything but the skin is kinda loose down there..... and i bet that when they yank the wax off of the "boys" they are not going to be happy with you..... But, I am pretty sure that it is safe... and not going to make ya shoot blanks afterwards.... if that is what you mean by is it safe.
To kinda get an idea of how it will feel take a strip of medical tape and put it on your arm.... about 4 inches of two inch wide tape..... pull it off really fast.... (ouch) and that will give you a little idea of what you are looking at with the waxing....

It's safe but the skin there is loose & waxing hurts less when the skin is taut so I think it would hurt quite a bit. I don't have one so I don't know for sure.

it is safe how much it hurts depends on how sensitive you are
go to a salon that specialises in back sack and crack waxing and tou will get the most suitable treatment

LOL, oh god please go and try it and then come back and tell us... I waxed a mans back once and judging by the way he screamed i would imagine that the scrotum would be a tad more painful.

I don't think it is safe unless you get someone who has been specially trained to do it. How much it hurts prob depends on your pain threshold. Try it and see!

ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!! I'm very sorry. Let's just say it's gonna be very painful. I just recently got a brazillian wax and I thought I could deal with pain pretty good, It was horrible!

totally. infact even though shaving hurts less, if you wax you get less ingrown hairs. sometimes ingrown hairs can lead to an infection. so even though it hurts, it's the much safer choice.

yep it's safe but i would recomend getting a pro to do it, back,sack and crack.
it will hurt quite a bit
