I used to be in David Lloyd in Speke which was good. The Garston Leisure is good and cheap. Otherwise try Fitness First or the Big Hotels eg,Marriott, Crowne Plaza

The Adelphi Gym is very nice. Also there is one on the Albert Dock (Cannons I think) that had great facilities.

there should be lots cos they dont f@@king work.
