I wouldn't know the first one if I didn't keep a copy of the Constitution handy for all occasions. 15 gave citizens the right to vote regardless of race or "previous condition of servitude." The 19th gave women the right to vote.
The President is the commander in chief of the US Military. Scary thought, that.
And for Connecticut senators, I won't apologize for having to look that up, since I am in California. Lieberman and Dodd

Who's values? sounds a little too arbitrary to me. I think it's important that people that live here understand how the government is supposed to work. It's pretty sad that I know an immigrant from Honduras that knows more about our government than people that lived here their entire lives. That test should be administered in schools
