The Creator produced one man from this single man came all men. Its percieved that each man can only reproduce him or herself.

Skin pigmentation varies with the amount of protection from the sun one's ancestors needed. The more exposure to the sun, the darker the skin needs to be. The changes in skin color took millions of years; it wasn't just the Original Man making a bunch of different races.

Read the Bible in the book of Genisis. God created Adam and then caused him to fall into a deep sleep took a rib from him, and created Eve.
As far as the different skin colors, if you look close, there is no white, or black. We are all brown, just different shades of brown.

If we drop the Myth about biblical creation. what is known to science includes:
the first homo sapience men (that's us) appeared in Africa, that almost certainly indicates that they had dark skins. they appeared about 200000 years ago, and from genetic indication it seems that all descended from one female and four males ( not necessarily all 4 men were mated with that single female, they could have mated with her female children)
all the people on earth are descended from these 5 people, no matter what is the color of their skin, so we all started black but some of us lost their color gradually.
