If it is not under tools then you should download the yahoo or google toolbar which incorporates a pop-up blocker that works in the same way as the IE7 blocker. They are both very easy to use but because I am a Yahoo person I have the Yahoo toolbar. (I don't think that IE7 doesn't have a pop-up blocker because it is BETA)

IE7 does have a pop-up blocker. Perhaps yours is not turned on, which is strange as any fresh installation of IE7 has the pop-up blocker turned on by default. You can change the settings of IE7's pop-up blocker by clicking on 'Tools'.

Seriously, switch to Firefox. Its a lot safer. It doesn't support Active X, which is a Microsoft technology used to install software on your computer among other things.
If you've never explored the internet options under Tools on your web browser, you probably have Active X switched on. Its an open invitation for Trojans.
http://www.mozilla.com/ Firefox web browser
http://www.opera.com/ Opera web browser
Instal both these web browsers, turn off javascript on one and use that browser for vising unknown websites. They don't support Active X so thats one less way for problems to get on your pc.

the main undemanding mistake made by way of us on line is the protection we use. in case you dont use the excellent you will continually have popups and viruses and secret agent ware. I honestly have examined all the excellent and the utility Kaspersky cyber web securities is the excellent yet i like it and it isnt' a ram hog like Norton is. Norton is the main costly and the worst you will get.

It does, under tools. There is no way Microsoft would release a product without it.
