Im a poet. I write all the time....but yet...I HAVE A HUGE CASE OF WRITERS BLOCK!!! HeLp!?!?! i just need some inspiring words, quotes anything to help my writing flow. I usually write about love, being hurt, being so in love it hurts. anything like that would be so helpful. And also if you are going to post something like "get a life" or something that is immature like that. then dont waste your time i didnt come on here asking for that. Anyone who is serious about helping me find some words of inspiration please respond. everyone else go away.

I hold so much love deep inside
Just wish my love
I did not have to hide.

How can it be wrong
When it feels so right
I want to hold you tight.

I want to look into your eyes
Say I love you,see your smile
When you say you love me too.

I know this may never happen
Just know that no matter what
I will always love you.

Thinking of you turns
My gray skies to blue
For that I must thank you.

Please know my friend
My love for you
I will carry till the end

For you will always be in
My heart and on my mind.

****hows that?****

Colorless

Gone are the colors that lightened my life,
Black or gray are the only ones left.
Tears are my constant companions each day,
I seek sleep but awaken bereft.
Sensation, emotion and caring
Are missing, a loss beyond bearing.

Poets all write of love, death, nature and war. Just reach within yourself, write down your feelings and then worry about the rhyme and meter. Keep revising until the poem flows. Your ideas and emotion are tools-use them. Sometimes it helps just to sit down, no distractions and write-anything-random thoughts, names etc. That might trigger some ideas.
