Yes I think that would be a great idea ,
(thanks for the best answer by the way), the world is always at war, there is always conflict and chaos, not everywhere but you don't have to look far. In fact as we have become more advanced the world has got a lot more noisy - e.g: vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers way louder than they could be. If you live near an airport or busy road etc.
All this racket of course contributes to internal stress, which impairs clear thinking.

yes it is deafening more than a moment say at least 6 hours a day would be fantastic

No yelling.. no crying...no gunfire....no war... no bombs...no obnoxious motorcycle sounds...no cursing

But... there would also be....

no birds singing... no music playing... no laughter.... no beautiful sound of a baby's first cry.... LIFE would be no more!!!!!
