Im from the Philippines and I wanna try my transcription skills Im an amateur. So If you hire me you can pay me half of what you pay Professional Mt's. I really need this so that I can polish my Transcribing skills.

Unfortunately, doing transcription work out side the continental United States, is not covered by confidentiality. There is security clearance that has to be honored through the transcriptionist, and that is why a reputable company will not hire outside the U.S. because the security of the dictation is not covered, nor does it have to be honored outside the country. Companies within the U.S. have an obligation of confidentiality, the laws outside the U.S. are out of the companies control.
