it should not be that much no more then 20 bucks check this site out

There are several shops and parts stores that will do this for you...If they recharge nitrogen canisters they can do it for you....bike shocks will most likely run 25 to 30 bucks

it takes nitrogen so any place the sell/ deals like a welding supply or some bike shop can do it, but why is it low? does it have a small leak, because then it can also leak the oil/fluid and ruin the shock.
