headset cannot be made discoverable. It can only be set to be paired with the device you want to work with, like your bluetooth dongle in your PC, or your bluetooth phone.
What you need to do are the following.
Turn off the bluetooth headsets
Turn on the mobile phone
setup the bluetooth function of the phone
setup for bluetooth headset
start scanning
once it start scanning, press the power button of your headset and dont let go.
once it turn on and you are still pressing the power on button, afte 2 seconds it will enter the scan mode, this is the time when it will scan for the nearest device, your phone should be able to detect this by now
continue setting up the phone, it will ask for PIN number, that is 0000 [four ZERO]
after that the phone and headset will pair, and presto
BTW, all headset work the same.
