Hard to say which will pay the most. Probably that depends more on how good you are at the job, how hard you work at it, and how much you advance in any of the fields. A hard worker in a mediocre field will do better than a slacker in a field that usually pays well.
My advice would be to not worry about the money - find a field that you enjoy working in, and then give it your best effort. You'll be happier in the long run.
