just guessing id say its the secondary drain for an air conditioner/furnace.

when i install one i plumb the main drain into the house plumbing.

i always run the secondary drain outside so if it does start leaking, the home owner notices it and asks what the water is from.

find the a/c unit-furnace....is there a pan under it? if so is there water in it? if this is the case, call an ac guy.

hope this helps,

As far as i know, these pipes are usually an overflow for the toilet cistern.
I lived in a house that had a pipe like this and it used to drip, then the drip got worse and it turned into more like a slow but steady flow.
Being that money was tight, i explored it myself and discovered that a simple adjustment to the float in the toilet cistern fixed the problem!
Easy-peasy!!

It is usually nothing, but if it still is coming out after about 20 minutes of driving you might have something serious happening, keep an eye on your radiator overflow tank to make sure it is staying at the proper levels if it is going down and the moisture coming out your tail pipe smells kind of sweet( open the radiator fill cap when it is cold and smell your coolant) if that is the same smell coming out the back you may have a small head gasket leak or a cracked head. if your really concerned about it just take it to a garage to take a look at it, majority of garages will not charge you to look at it, unless they find something, if anything it will give you a bit of peace of mind.

Sounds like your overflow pipe this is normally connected to your toilet system. Mine was recently dripping and a lot of water was being wasted i contacted a local plumber and the drip was fixed in seconds. Not an expensive job x

If you live on a crawl space it could be where water comes out from being pumped out by your sump pump. Mine runs a lot, which is good cause then you know it is working and you wont have a flood down there.

Might be to vent condensation from the air conditioner.
